Are you aware of internet safety? Make sure you know what your kids are doing online! They might be in danger and be afraid to tell their parents because they were doing what they weren’t allowed to. They might be involved in inappropriate things such as hate group or racist websites, sexually explicit material, etc. Parents should be aware of websites such as myspace or face book, people create fake profiles, pretend to be someone they aren’t and your children can get in danger just like that. Be aware of stalkers! Make sure you or your children are aware of giving out your personal identity, address especially because you don’t want a stranger coming up to your door. Parents should do what ever it takes to know what their children are doing. Pornography is usually exchanged via internet, sexual predators may use it to get to children for sexual purposes. So heads up and watch out for what’s going on with your children’s lives.
